The British Are Coming... And They’re Hungry.

Proper Fish & Chips. Improper Spanglish. Opening Soon in Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

Hola, Mates!

We are currently muy ocupados (very busy) teaching our chefs that "Chips" are thick, fluffy fried potatoes, not the crispy triangles you dip in guacamole.

The Drunken Fish / El Pescado Burracho is getting ready to open its doors. We’re bringing the Great British Gastropub experience to the tropics. Think savory Pies, proper Bangers & Mash, and Fish & Chips so authentic they might apologize to you before you eat them.

Wait, why is the fish "Drunken"? Well, right now he's just drunk on the possibilities (and maybe a bit of mole sauce). We're focused on serving the best scran in town while we navigate the exciting world of local paperwork. So for now, the "spirits" are high, but the drinks are soft. Expect the best Hibiscus Tea (Jamaica) this side of the Atlantic.

Join the Grand Opening Guestlist

We aren't handing out freebies, because frankly, the food is too good to give away. But if you want to be one of the first to try Puerto Vallarta's only authentic British Bistro, you need to be on this list.
